I have a 2014 Street Glide that I just put bars on, the single white wire that runs from the throttle side of the bars and plugs in under the dash, the connector is broken. I was wondering if anyone knew what this wire does and what the part number is for the connector. ( this connector is right behind the kill switch)
No service manual?
Its not paired with a black wire or two wire connector (W/BK)? Appears the only white wire on the right side is grip heaters if your bike is so equipped.
The connector under the dash, which your single white wire is connected to, does it have black/white trace wires on the other end? Im using that link I posted to view the wiring for your model, and it points to the heated grip feature which your bike may not even have, but the harness supports it.
As far as replacement, Veekness gave you the tip there.
Good luck, and let us know how it turns out.
Your manual doesnt have electrical drawings at the back of the book?
Yes it is the wire with the trace on it! And I don't have heated grips and probably won't ever! I called the Harley shop near me and ordered the connector, thank all of you very much!!!
