Default Door for CD player pops open

The past week the door for the CD slot keeps popping open. POS plastic tab seems worn and not latching properly. I have not been back to the stealer about this yet.
Any Ideas?

Took the bike in for the 15K service. The door is under Warranty per the service writer, but I have to take it back in for them to cover it. He said they need to get approval = another trip back to the dealer.
By looking at the latch I would expect all bikes with the factory system will have this trouble within two years of use. Mine lasted 13 months and about 20 CDs.

Glade to hear that. I hope mine is a rare exception, but the plastic catch looks to be the weak link in the chain.
