used paypal for almost all online transactions by both private sellers and business sellers

Default Just my experience using PayPal
PayPal works great, however approx. a year ago I had trouble with a private vendor in receiving the goods I payed for through PayPal, I asked PayPal for help getting my product or money back. Their response to me was that they cannot guarantee getting my money back, but would send a letter to the vendor (they also copied me), which worked, I got my product that same week.
PayPal is owned by ebay - anything you buy on Ebay is covered by the PayPal guarantee.
Anyway - that is my experience from about 1 year ago - things do change however!

I have used Pay Pal in the past and had no issues at all. Worked out great.

I even use Pay-Pal to pay some of my local utility bills..
