Both parties have to have a PP account which is identified by an e-mail address linked to the account. I have used it for both private and business transactions. For me it's the only way to go.

Default Pay Pal works good

I have used it many times and they sent me an Email address I use on paypal
to indentify their account.
Works great and I never had any problems is several years of using it.

best and easiest way is to get seller to send you a "request money" message from there paypal acct all he needs is your e mail adress..this is assuming you also have pay pal

I've been with PayPal for several years with no problems or complaints whatsoever. If a seller stiffs you, you can get your money back with minimal hassle.
