Hey Wrenchguy - looks like a very interesting post. I will be watching with great interest!! What are you planning on doing? The 103" BB kit? Replacing cams? Dyno tune and new EFI map??? As I said, I will be watching with great interest!!

95" big bore
Bore my cylinders 95 SE pistons Little head work at Indy shop
Still not 100 % on which cams Im using yet!!!!! Probably SE 203 lot of people slam them here but if you look at dyno sheets lot of them close to 100HP & TG with some head work.

PC III A/N big sucker
V & H monster ovals

I'm looking to go with Andrews 37G - they're meant to make pretty good power and torque and not too wild.

Wrenchguy - are you doing all the wrenching, aside from head work and dyno tuning?

Yea Im doing all the work, except cylinders and head work!!!
I am a FORD techncian but have really not done any big work like this on a Harley !!!!
The hardest thing I found tearing it down was getting to the Intake manifold bolts!!!!
Didnt have any wobble allens at home!!!!!! will when goes back together!!!!
