I'm reassembling my rear wheel and hit a roadblock. My bike is an '07 with dealer added IDS, so my service manual doesn't help. I have 2 spacers. One obviously goes inboard of the braker caliper, the other inside the IDS between the hub and the sprocket. I managed to mix them up and I'm not sure which is which. One is slightly thicker than the other. HELP???!!!
Are you sure there isn't a spacer between your right side wheel bearing and the brake caliper?
I have what appears to be a thick washer, which I believe is the outer IDS spacer. I also have 2 thicker spacers, 1 is obviously thicker than the other.
They look to be maybe 5/16" and 3/8" thick I THINK the thicker one goes inside the IDS but I'm not sure.
I figured it out (I think). The thicker of the 2 "thick" spacers goes inside the IDS, between the hub and the sprocket. When I put the thinner one in and put the sprocket on there was considerable play, not so with the thicker one. Hope it's right because it's all back together now! I'm pretty sure it's good though, it all looks to be lined up right and the wheel rolls good with no binding.

I had mine apart a few weeks ago and measured the thicknesses of the spacers.
Looking from the back of the bike, The outer most left spacer is #11844 and is .135" thick. The next spacer that goes between the IDS sprocket and the part that is bolted to the wheel is #11846 and is .556" thick. on the right side there is a spacer between the wheel bearing and the brake caliper mount, this spacer is #41084-02A and is .471" thick and lastly is the brake caliper mount itself which is 1.185" thick.
I hope this will help.

That's exactly what I was looking for and it's good news cause that's the way I installed them! Now where were you 2 hours ago?? LOL
I was shocked to see your post as I went through the same thing last week! Had the wheel off, seperated the IDS to check the rubber isolators, and after cleaning things up ended up with two very similar spacers and not sure where they went!
After indulging the help of a good friend, got the measurements for both spacers and as you've figured out the wider of the two (p/n 11486) goes in the IDS. It's ~.545" wide and the other that goes next to the rotor is just under 1/2". I ended up marking the wider one with a perm marker prior to reinstalling so I wouldn't have a major brain fade like this agian.
