Default Help-Front Fork

Guys-I am in the process of completely going thru a 2003 Ultra, I was questioning (1st) Why did Harly put a different type forks left & right on their bikes -except on Road Kings that have the same conventional type on both- (2) Will the Race Tech lowering kit w/ emulators work with my bike that has the forks that are different. Thanks in advance for your help. Gary

They changed it for a couple of years and then changed it back. The bikes from 06 and up now have left and right conventional. A lot of folks switch out the cartridge insides for the conventional type using 06 and up parts as the fork sliders are all the same from 2000 and up.
