not all of the touring models come with a tool kit. it is standard offering on the electra glide, the eg ultra, the road glide, and the street glide.

I can't understand why mine did not have a 3/8 inch allen since the transmission needs one to check level. I had a bit and a snap on handle like a screwdriver that I put in my kit along with air gage shock pump and a few other wrenches all in a plano that is cut up inside a bit to fit everything without banging around in my bag.

I think it comes with all the fairing bikes. I have two now. Added a nice Craftsman socket set to it.

my 09 rg came with one,but you still need to add a few things to make it complete.for free it isn't to bad,well nothing from hd is free but you get what i am saying.it might get you out of a pinch.

Mine came with basic toolkit. I added a leatherman another set of screwdrivers, allen and torx tools. etc.

Only certain models come with a tool kit. My RK did not come with one. I can't see why the MOCO can't give one with every touring model, the cheap screws.
