Dress warmly with good gloves and go ride! As long as the roads are dry you shouldn't have any issues. I live in Seoul, South Korea and the temps are routinely in the low teens every morning and I still ride the SG to work. The fairing will give you a lot of wind protection and keep most of the cold off of you.
