Get it ....its the greatest cd on bike handling that there is. I have a earlier version and I can say that one of the best things is riding into a parking lot, with a bunch of squids on sport bikes doing the duck walk to position thier bikes and just breezing in and make the turns and park it........
I have version IV and it's one of the best things I've ever bought for my bike.
Seeing those girls throw those big bikes around like they were mopeds helped give my wife the confidence to believe she could ride one.
The instruction is confined to slow speed operation of the bike. There is no instruction on emergency stopping or swerving in version IV and probably not in V. ERC probably best place to learn that.
New riders should get fairly comfortable with their bikes before using the video imo. Don't ask me how I know.
In addition to RLaP V check out Surviving the Mean Streets. Another good DVD that will help. My wife watched it many times when she was getting her License and getting started. I also got her the Learn to Ride and we also got the Police Rodeo DVDs from them also.
