I have been on and off motorcycles for years. within the last year i purchased my biggest bike which is a 08 SG. Even thou i have been riding for a long time and logged 3000+ plus miles on my SG i believe that you are never too experienced to stop learning or improving your skills.
my question is, which RIDE LIKE A PRO version is right for me?
I am NOT looking for the basics like; how to shift your bike etc... but real riding tips of new or improved ways of handling, getting out of a bad situation and control.
Anyone have a suggestion on which version? Does version 5 encompass these techniques?
Version 5 is just what you want! And yes it is worth every penny they charge for it. Also if you mention you heard about them on this HDForum, they will give you a discount. Great DVD, good people to deal with, you can't go wrong!
There is a lot of information on the CD. Some little tricks can be found to make the riding experience more enjoyable. Never stop learning, something that you pick up on could save some skin sometime.
+1 Version 5 is great and has everything you need. I'd like to go to an advanced riders course sometime, but until I find the time, I try to get to a parking lot and practice some of the techniques they recommend.
+1 on Ride Like a Pro! I've been riding for 26 years and I learned a trick or two or three! I'm hoping to get into the actual course this feb in Raleigh...I'll let ya'll know how it goes!
+1 on the Ride Like A Pro DVD. It is really good and really teaches you to handle your scoot confidently. #5 has everything all the other videos have plus more so you don't need to purchase the older ones. Great way of making the videos instead of just trying to sell every one of them. You only need to buy the latest video.
