Question axle torque

Anyone know the torque of the frount axle holder nuts? Book says 132 to 180 lbs but 14.9 to 20.3 Nm, but on the axle nut it says 50 to 55 lbs but 68 to 75 Nm.

Front axle holder nuts are 132-180 in-lbs. These are the 2 nuts located on the bottom of the fork.

The front axle nut is 50-55 ft-lbs.
