Yes there is a primary cover gasket that could be leaking

Default leak

Your best bet is to clean the whole area with brake cleaner where you think it is leaking and put some paper towles under it below the case and see where it drips from. If it is seeping from the case gasket you should be able to see it with a flash light after it is cleaned and sets for a bit.

ought to check the derby (primary) cover where you added the primary oil to. from the factory it probably had a square cut o-ring. I replaced my with the round gasket and haven't had any leaks, even after numerous oil changes re-using the old gasket.

I had a leak in the same area as you on my 07 Ultra. Since it was under warranty I had them take care of it when servicing my bike. It ended up being a seal for the transmission to the side cover. It may or may not be the same problem as you have. I thought it was either the primary cover gasket or the inner primary gasket.
If you are under warranty let em fix it, they probably need something to do.

Pull the outer Primary Cover, clean it thoroughly and put a new gasket on. When you put your Primary fluid in, put some food coloring 3-4 drop in the container and shake it up before you put it in. Fill her up. Get level. Start up the bike and let it idle till warm. Then shut it off. You should be able to see where it's coming from if you still have the problem, if not, no worries, the coloring won't damage anything. Hope this helps,.
