I just got my 06 FLHX Stree Glide. It has the stock seat on it, which is fine for me but not for the wife. I have a few in mind from a HD seat to Mustang but what I cant figure out is which seat mounts on various model are the same. Will a seat that fits the RK fit my Glide. Will a seat that fits a RG, Ultra Classic, Or Electra fit my Glide. They make some seats that I want but not for the FLHX. I'm confused!!! I have heard that all the frames in the touring family are the same but does that mean all seats are interchangable? Can someone let me know....please.
I am really looking for something that has a taller passenger seat about 3" taller than stock. Her legs are too cramped with what's on there. I may even have to get a lowering kit for the passenger pegs.
