What Year Seats And Or Model Seats Will Fit The 07 Ultra Classics? The reason I am asking Is I need one for when MCCycles gets mine to do the double decker, There will be no down time. Then I can pass the seat on to one of the members here so they also have no down time. Thanks.
Here's the Mustang seat site. http://www.mustangseats.com/roadglide/roadglide.shtml
Looks like all 1997-2007 FLHT and FLTR type bikes use the same seats.
So that covers all the Glide models exept for the Street Glide which just has a shorter front at the tank.
Harley makes a leather piece that fills the gap if you want to fit a Road King or Street Glide seat to the FLHT / FLTR models. http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/g...bmLocale=en_US
So most touring seats fit most bikes from 97-07 with the filler piece.

Thanks Mick, Im just lookin for a standin seat. Don't care if its tore or not, I just don't wanna be down for 4 weeks while MCC has my seat. Thanks again for the info.
If a temporary seat is what you want I think by looking at the P&A book any Road king seat from 97-07 or any FLHX seat works too you would just have a gap at the front for a while and who cares if your knees are in the breeze. So find someone witha take off and they are plentiful. If interested at all I do have a Tallboy I will sell for a RKC, cheap plug here !!!

You know we have gone to a Scheduling system don't you? We have started scheduling already and the way it works is, you call and schedule a date to have your seat done...lets say you choose March 14th. Your seat has to be at the shop no later than March 13th which is the day before, then on March 14(the scheduled date) your seat is completed and shipped that same day. So basically, the turn around time is overnight, it arrives one day and ships out completed the next. This will be a win-win because we won't have a shop full of boxes and you won't have to wait 3-4 weeks for your seat...I think its pretty cool myself, it worked really good last year for us and I think its going to be even better this year.
