Default Rineharts vs Rush

I have the Rinehart true duals and am contemplating puting on the Rush 1.75's in hope that the Rush pipes will be quieter. Anybody out there have any experience or advice in this?

Thanks!

I have Rush slip ons with a 1.5 inch baffle. I started out with the 1.75 but changed to the 1.5 and the decrease in sound was a fair amount. The 1.5's sound great. For me the 1.75's were on the boarder line of being a little too much sound. The 1.5's have enough sound to be noticable but not enough to be annoying. I love 'em.

I should be getting my new Rush 1.75 mufflers today. I ordered from Fuel Moto for $299. Called in sick so I could wait for Big Brown Truck and get the Rineharts off the bike a ready for auction. I'll let you know about the sound difference by tomorrow.

I had Rush 2.0...changed to the Rinehart slip ons...I like the rinehart better, deeper sound to me...also...you will have to change out your pipes as well, the rush slip ons will not work with the rinehart true duals.....just a thought....

Actually, Rush does make slip-on mufflers that fit the 2 inch Rinehart TD headpipes. You can see and hear them at rushracingproducts.com.

I didn't know it either. It just came up in a conversation I was having with Jamie at Fuel Moto regarding wrapping baffles.

And you definitely are correct that most slip-ons will not fit onto the Rinehart TD headpipes.

Default Rush 2"

I put the Rush 2" baffles on my 2009 Street Glide today. All I can say is I am very satisfied. Nice deep tone and sounds great. Had them on my Dyna as well. Yes they are fairly loud but not obnoxious.
