nothing you put on your bike will give you the lasting results or protection that a good hand wax will give you....

The absolute best waxing products I have ever seen are Poorboys.

http://www.poorboysworld.com/

I have no affiliation with them. Just found out about them on a truck forum and have been smiling ever since.

Very easy to apply and remove and they last for a long time.

And that's exactly what I'm looking for. I knew there'd be many examples posted; that's what I was looking for. I'm book'g each recommendation and will sift through.

I've been using Harley Gloss for UV protection (recommended by O's Custom Painting). So there's two products on the table now... good, solid protective waxes and the "best" UV product.

Tkx guys, this is too good!

There is also a clear liquid Turtle Wax Ice wax that is applied using a sponge. That differs from the "spray on buff off" stuff. The "spray on buff off" is their equivalent to a "quick detailer".

I use the Turtle Wax Ice wax and "quick detailer" on my bike and love it so far. It works every bit as good as my Meguiars Gold does, minus the ugly white residue that is a pain in the butt to get out.
