Physically it will bolt in. If you are changing EFI out and replacing with a carb, you're going to need an intake manifold from an '06 carbed motor. The '06 has different heads than the '03, and I think that the intakes are different, if not I'm sure someone else will chime in and correct me.

The flanges: 26993-06
You will have to rejet the carb because the 06 heads breath better.
Also pull the a rocker boxes and see if the Valve seals are orange. If not, change then.

There is only three components on the motor. Oil pressure sender, crank position sensor and head temp sensor. Check the part #s between 03 and 06, if not the same just swap them out or change them for general principle.
