Default Fatcat gaskets?

Hey Guys,
Putting my bro's motor back together.
Installed 95" Wiseco forged, 9:1...Andrews TW37B cams...Baisley LMR2 spring.

Putting exhaust back on.
What's the correct gasket for the Fatcat...the thin Screamin Eagle style or the fat stock style?

Thanks!

I've used both at different times and didn't notice any difference. Your results may vary. My engine isn't modified beyond stage 1.

I use the stockers with my Fatcat. I always use the stockers. You have to make sure with the SE's that you have the pipe just right to make a good seal.

Use the stock gaskets. I tried the SE gasket and ended up with a leak.

When I ordered my Fat Cat from Eastern Performance, they asked if I also wanted new gaskets and flange nuts, so I added them to the order. They sent the stock woven, tapered gaskets. I had read where there are problems getting the SE gaskets to seal, so I figured the stock ones should do the job. They are working fine. It was a PITA getting them in place, before I started to put the pipes on.

That would be my recommendation as well.

I've used the SE exhaust gaskets for years and have never had a problem, those stock gaskets will extend more than a little ways into the exhaust track.
