Driving Lights
Those lights do look good. But, you wouldn't want them on your bike if you ride a lot! I can see, after a few rides, rock dings! The caliper area is not the best place to mount a light. Given the fact that the wheel and front tire will be whipping around dirt, dust, and rocks constantly. Nice for show, but not for the dough!

I like these but they are a bit pricey. Does anyone have any other solutions on adding lights in this same location?? I think that these would really lite up the road.

BH - I like the engine guard mounted lights too, and they are a lot cheaper too. I am not real happy with the pass lamps that I have. I do not think that they put out the light on the road like they should.
Kahuna - I can understand what you are saying, and it does make sense too. Only thing is I ran into a guy last year that had a set mounted at the very bottom of his forks !!!!! Now those really lit up the road too.
I really like to lite up the road at night, and I could care less about the cager coming the other way. I am not trying to be rude, I just want to see what is in the road ahead of me.

The stock streetglide does suffer from the lack of passing lamps in my opinion. A friend who bought one added the 3.5 inch lamps to his.
On the theory that there is no such a thing as too much light. I would do both. Add the 3.5 wired to stay on continuous and the fog lamps on the engine guard.

The Eglide Goddies lights are nice but the price is totally f@#ked! Way outa the ball park as far as I'm concerned, half that would be pricey IMO.

I'm sure that those that mount to the calipers are quite bright and put the light out, I'd be driven crazy by them going up and down with bumps and contors of the road all the time. It would give you vertigo on a bad strech of road in a heart beat!
Rengade...either check out some of the brighter bulbs for your lamps or see if they are mis-pointed...that's pretty common. I installed the passing lamps on my SG and they work great...I means lot's of light!
