Based on recommendations from many, I had planned on purchasing a Sundowner. However, despite living in Upstate NY, I ride year round (I rode every month over the winter). So, I have been looking at the Sun Ray Heated Seat.
Does anyone here own one? The stock seat is pathetic over 100 miles, and I am looking for a 500 mile/day seat (planning a cross country trip this summer). Is the Sun Ray as good as the Sundowner?
I just ordered a new seat for my Classic don't really care for HD Seats. Debated on Corbin and Mustang ended up with Corbin. It is available with the heat option
Bibleman,
I too am interested in the heated seat. Wait, The WIFE is interested in the heated seat. Like that old TV show used to say 'Be patient young Grasshopper" reviews and comments will come for this seat eventually. I know I am goint to wait until someone is braver than I am when it comes to spending big dollars.
A good example is the Harley heated grips. I was chomping at the bit on this one, waited and found out they have a very high failure rate. I installed Hotgrips.
