The big HP is in the heads. I have a 1200 Sportster with stock cams that makes 85HP using just head work and compression, and of course a good exhaust system.
I am saving up for the HQ 103-107 kit with head work it's the only way to go!

I have a set for sale all Manley valve train components, 1.94 intakes, 1.6 exhaust, standard stem length, chrome moly lowers, retainers and locks, .650 lift springs, bronze guides, ported, combustion chambers matched and cc'd, black wrinkle finish, standard deck, no milling. Excellent condition made 111hp/113tq on a tc88 bored to a tc97. Thought I would get more hp/tq so I had another set done except 2" intakes ...113hp/117tq $500 shipped to lower 48.
