Hey just got a call from the dealer and my stage II 103 with D&D fatcat and quiet baffle just got off the dyno. 89HP and 101TQ. I am very happy with those numbers and will post the actual dyno sheet this weekend when I pick up the bike and the dyno sheet. I am sure it will look like most SE 255 dynos tons of torque early and nothing after 4000. However the dealer said the torque curve was pretty flat which I guess is typical of the D&D, I also think it helped me sqeeze out a few more HP than I would have gotten with just stock headers and slip ons. Anyway I am happy with it and I got it done for what I thought was a good price so now all I need is some decent freakin weather.
I guess I'm pretty happy with my 96". Air Cleaner, Fat Cat, HQ500 cam.
90HP
93Torq
The extra 7 C.I. must make the extra torque.
Sorry the first dyno chart is from a differant build the second one is the new build.
Well maybe the third picture will be the right one.
Yep that's it.
I need to get rid of those old dyno charts.
Just remember..................all dynos are different, so one's results don't mean crap against another's results unless they are both done on the same dyno on the same day, back to back.
Just got mine back from a tune...a little less than where I thought we'd get...but it's good for now. Tune results are SAE..more conservative than standard.
83hp/98tq...with stage II, SERT, and bub7 slip ons.
My 2005 SEEG had 96hp/100tq...with PC, and a propipe..
AFR is very good, and the heat has been worked out of it some.
I saw the new pro-pipe..crazy nice, but I want one in chrome, which V&H says won't happen. But the site says it's for BIG motors. I guess the 103 isn't big enough...

My 09 with stock header and Jackpot slip ons tuned out at 82.4hp and 98.4tq. I did have a very mild port polish done to the heads but I don't think it really helped with the 255 cams, my numbers aren't any better than everyones with stock heads. The only difference I can see is my TQ doesn't seem to fall off as bad over 4000. I talked to VH about their pro pipe and it looks great but they said it was for larger motors because the power duals header was so close on performance to the regular pro pipe that they needed something for the larger ci. I'm getting a new tune tomorrow with the Wood TW6-6 cams and +4 gear and the power duals header with the Monster Ovals, I can't wait to see the difference.
