this is my first trip like this to plan out !
was hoping for some more info from the forum
i guess i need to ask what i should use to clean my wind shield or what oil to use !
Sooie,
Seriously speaking here...what exactly are you wanting?
Are you asking for some guidance on 'where' to go or rather 'what' you should do in terms of planning the trip out?
I think your original post was answered by the replies. I'm sure we'd answer your question(s), but it appeared (to me) that the question(s) were answered.
For what it's worth...plan your ride on secondary (2-laners) roads, if possible. You'll enjoy the ride far more than just hopping on the highway and blasting down the road.
KC --< Panama City, FL --> Corpus Christi, TX --> KC sounds like a great ride!
well like cruzN gave me some info on things close to or i should try !
things like that,i'm trying to lean before i get on the road and make this a bad trip. there is nothing there i need to go see,we are just going cuz we are going.
i have ruled out TX i do think the roads to FL will give use more to look at but still looking for input ! i have only seen the ocean one time and the pics we got from that made it in iron horse mag.
not trying to be an *** but a topic like what oil should i use starts a 10 page
discussion. i'm just looking for where would you go to around this area and time .
he's my plans at this time.
KC-Russellville AR
Russellville- Jackson MS
jackson- Gulf Breeze FL
G/B-Panama city FL
whats your input on that ?
crapping towns ?
nothing to see on the road ?
no place to stay ?
looks like i'm just not asking the right questions !
Id also recommend stopping at Birmingham, for the Barbers Motor Sports Track and Museum. There are 4 floors of two wheel dynamics, probably the best in the nation. 29 dreams is nearby the museum which is a motorcycle camp ground and has cabins. You might try to hit the museum and crash at 29 dreams on your trip.
