You could stop by the Clinton Library in Little Rock. Kinda cool, looks like a glass house trailer on stilts on the river.
You could also take I40 over to Brinkley then south into Helena ( Casino there )
Check the PigTail http://www.byways.org/explore/byways/2156/ north of Ozark AR and is only 30 miles long but worth the detour.
