That information would help in case someone else has the same dryer.....
It was a "Cycle Dryer" The orange handheld one with the rubber twist on blower tip. That's about all I can tell you about it as the box/directions were thrown out long ago.
I'm sure all of the dryers work fine but I just reverse the hose on my shop vac and use one of the smaller attachments. It provides plenty of filtered air and velocity to get the job done. Oh, yeah, I can also vacuum things with it.
Contact them, most likely they will replace it. I had one and used it for about a year and a half then the switch stopped working. I saw them at a ralley and they said send it back and they would replace it so I did and they replaced it free of charge and even paid shipping for the new one to me which I didn't expect. Great customer service. Although I have found a cheaper version at the local Big Lots, its all black but looks identical to to and for $15 I bought the last two they had and am still using the first and its over a year old now so I have another in back up and the new cycle dryer still in the box so I should be good for a while.
I've never had a shammy, towel or even a Sham-Wow explode on me before
Excellent point! Of course I'd be real careful with that Sham-Wow. They hold what, 7,000,000 times their own weight in water? You could drown if one of them things explodes..............
