Had the the same problem with the Cycle Dryer. When it happened to me a part did hit my bike. I contacted Cycle Dryer and they paied to have my tank repaired and replaced the dryer with a new one. When I contacted them they knew that there was a problem with a batch a dryers.

Just what I need, something else to worry about. It's too late now. I done packed in with the bike to be shipped to Pr. I guess I can add it to their land fills and make the island a little bigger.

You know I always thought their commercials were funnier than crap. The the other day I saw one on the Spanish channel. Same weird looking guy but for some reason it was WAY FUNNIER watching him talking in Spanish.
This thread was started a few years ago. Well here's an update on the orange "Cycle Dryer" exploding. Mine literally blew up while drying my Ultra. Pieces of the impeller came through the housing. Fortunately I was not looking straight into it as several pieces hit me in the face and drew blood. Lucky none got to my eyes. If you are still using these things please beware.
