Here is my setup that I made myself, total cost about $30.
Took me about an hour in the garage to make it. I grabbed a piece of scrap sheet steel from work, drew on the design and size I needed, cut it out, did some bending, smoothed everything out, then painted it black. I picked up some LED bolt lights on ebay ($20) for the lighting, grabbed a chrome license plate bracket from AutoZone ($10), then put it all together. The lights are tapped into the rear fender tip light so they come on with the key.
I like it a lot as it's not something you see on everyone's bikes.

Thanks for posting that.... I made the mistake purchasing a "plate relocation" bracket.... I could have kicked my self in the head 100 times. I ended up cutting up the over priced peice of metal to make it into what I wanted after it was all said and done as I hated the way it looked if I used as they designed it. I could have made it for less than 10 bux.
