LED Lighted windshield trim
Anybody try the led windshield trim? Just wondering how it looks and how ya like it. A few pics would be nice too, I haven't seen one installed yet.

I like mine, it works well, it came with the bike. Apparently you have to drill into the fairing to mount it, so you better like it. Here is a link to the Harley site, it also shows some new lights for mounting in the fairing, I wonder if the windshield mounted lights, fairing lights, and lighted mirrors would be too much?

i have the trim also. I put it on the 09 Ultra myself. took me longer to get the screws out of the fairing cap than it did to install the trim piece and wire it up. It was a breeze. get a lot of compliments on it from people who ride in front of me looking in the rear-views.... I think it was well worth the time and $$

I installed mine a couple of months ago. Very easy, no drilling for the windshield trim, maybe for the fairing trim. Windshield trim finishs the fairing nicely. Ok your right I'm an idiot I forgot about the hole to run the wires. Sorry

You say no drilling for the windshield trim piece, how do you get the wires inside the fairing to connect it up and what does it plug into ? I saw one at the dealership installed on an Ultra and it did look nice.
