It is an endcap to the right side throttle grip. If you bought a set of hand grips, it should have been included. If per chance the tech fugged it up, then you should not have to pay for the endcap, albeit only $11.25 but still.

Wrong, they are a pair of endcaps and they are offered separately from the grips, and charged as additional parts.......This is common with Harley-buy new chrome controls and you don't get chrome levers-they are separate.

Go here and read the install instructions for your grips and you will see that HD lists the endcaps as separate items and states you have your choice of several thus the separate charge.

Dawg has 7,265 posts where he was wrong only once, so keep it in perspective....in fact, he was half right when he called it the right end cap, but it actually was both endcaps.

Dawg is still DAMAN!

Ha, I stand corrected. I just typed it in and saw that it was an endcap on a breakdown and didn't look at an I-sheet and generally speaking, endcaps are usually part of the grip kit. Choose lottery numbers 24-18-9-31-8-3

HOWEVER, original poster is correct that he might have been double billed for each endcap....they come as a pair-not each.

Original poster still needs to have service guy recheck his billing to reveal the charges.

Are those not stock grips with interchangeable end caps ? I don't know I am just asking. All the H/D grips I ever bought had end caps with them. Why would you not buy the grips you wanted in the first place.
