Yes, they are 12". More like 13.5" in actuality. LOVE.

Scoop. If I put my bars straight up they look very close to yours. At first I wasn't happy thinking that I got 12 inch bars. 10 min on the bike after picking it up from winter storage I was very happy.

FFeric, those are the "12's" .. 10's barely clear the fairing.

Mine are pulled back, not straight up.
