Converted mine to solo and removed the hardware, gave the bike a lower/longer looking stance in my opinion. but needed something to fill the gap and added the aux bags to complete the look.

I only ride solo. Wife has no interest at all in riding - a city girl. I pulled the passenger footrests and it makes it so much easier when you have to push yourself forward while sitting on the bike. Cleaner look too. JMHO.

Good post.....love the pics. Ride solo 99% of the time as wife has own scoot. Once in awhile take the grandkids or a friend so these give me great ideas for a solo with ability to go two-up without too much switching back when needed.

On my FLHTP I run a Road King solo with street glide pegs and a Motherwell rack, when it's just for a little get to know each other ride, off comes the rack and the fender becomes the seat, good vibes some times lead to good times.

This isn't on a bagger ,but 1000% solo.GF has her own bike!!! My new SG will keep the rear pegs in case she wants to ride with me.The vrod has electrical lines and air lines running into the footpeg mounting holes in the swingarm ,so it will always be solo!!!
