e glide std glove box
anyone had experience with e glidegoodies locking glove box door where the stereo normally goes??..i am not convinced that my scoot needs a stereo and hate looking at the useless empty hole in the batwing.. but at nearly 200.00 for the little metal door and lock cyl..seems outragous..any other ideas..for the HOLE..a beer holder perhaps??

I have a little zippered bag that fits in there. It Velcro's in. It also has a flap that covers the zipper and keeps the rain out. It doesnt lock, but I can pull it out and put in a saddle bag if I want (haven't yet!). It's better that the open whole. I bought off somebody on here, but it is an HD item.

yup.. seen those..kinda figured if i was gonna go to the trouble and $$..locking would be nice..
might just have to break down and buy a stereo...
