My Road Glide is still another 6-8 weeks out and its driving me crazy. I realize I'll have it in time for a great summer of fun but until then it sucks.
I ordered mine on Nov 8th and was supposed to get delivered this week but production got pushed back so now I have a production build date of March 15th. I am extremely impatient when it comes to things like this. I cant wait but my wallet sure can.
You ordered your bike with a 103 or your doing the stage 2 when it's delivered?
Im doing the stage 2 before I take delivery so its under warranty. Dealer wouldnt let me order a 09 FLHTP so Im just doing the same mods to the FLHX with the 103, oil cooler, and possible auto compression releases. Would have been cheaper with the FLHTP but Im not an officer (yet).
Let me make you guys feel better..... I put deposit down on 09 Road King in Nov 08 to be deliverer Feb 2. Had money for a major down payment. Had Heart attack Dec. 27. In hospital 4 days, all is well now, but had to cancel
bike, because of deductables,co-pays and bills,bills,bills.. Yep, I'm alive to live another day, but No Harley in the near future. Oh, yeah, dealer refunded my deposit. Now you aught not feel so bad.......... hdman
I wanted the custom color so the dealer went 200 miles 1 way to get me one! 3 days wait but I had it in storage for 8 weeks before I took my first ride! Now that was torture!
