I just installed my raked triple trees and it had spacers that went under the bar clamps. Now my SG mirrors show only my hands. I want to remove them and install some low profile mirrors on the bars. Any recommendations?
HERE's another option for ya if you don't mind the little modification. I think they look awesome and if I have the fairing mirrors, I'd steal this idea from captsam54!
How about pics of the raked trees on the SG...what degree did you go with? Sorry I am no help for mirrors.
I bought the trees from Liberty who makes the sidecar. They have someone else make the trees though. I also swapped out my stock springs and installed some standard height Progressive springs with 30 wt oil. Rides so much smoother now and the steering is so easy I could turn with my fingers.
I wanted to put a few miles on Kuryakyn mirrors before commenting on them. My initial reaction was that I could live with them, as the miles went by I liked them more. I have no problem recommending them to others. One word of caution, I understand that the turn signal mirrors have a wire that is not hidden.
I am now trying to decide what I want to do about the stock mirrors.
