Bought Dragonfly because I think it has the best looking interior of the quick-mount fairings. They all look pretty much the same from the front but I'm staring at the inside most of the time.
Quick mounted with bolts equals minutes (and to quote the Dragonfly Cycle Concepts web site: "Quickly detaches in about 2 minutes"), IMO is not quick!

Have you ever checked out the Dead Center product it removes and or replaces in seconds?

That is quick mounting, seconds vrs minutes is a big difference!

I'm not wanting to start a "P-ing" contest on the matter, just saying.

Have to give you the inner looks if you don't want to install gauges! But I myself wanted the dash for gauges, Dead Center Cycles has the dash space that I wanted.

let me get this straight, there was a flaw in the paint, you got a quote to fix it, they were supposed to send you some money to cover it, and never did. and you think this is perfectly fine customer service? sounds to me like the guy was willing to say whatever it took to get you off the phone.....

That's right. It was $150 to fix it, or I could've sent it back and had them fix it. The flaw is on the inside right up by the windshield. I don't even notice it's there. I easily could've called him back and got them to send me the money. However, after I got the fairing put on, it didn't bother me at all. So had I not ever contacted them about it, I would be in the same position I'm in now. When I ordered it and when I talked to them about the flaw, they were nice people. I didn't get the feeling they were tryin' to get me off the phone at all. So yeah, I'm satisfied with the customer service.

I ordered a Tsukayu fairing and it took about 10 days for it to show up.

Thanks for all of the replies...(o: I will give them a few more weeks to see what the deal is? I went with the Dragonfly after looking at everything else out there, I like the looks the best as for quick detach I will probably only remove it to clean under it and for me I don't mind loosening up a few bolts....(o; so that's not a prob for me. My brother has one on his bike and loves it he has not had any probs with his, also I thing he said his CD's were burned using MP3 MP4 format this reduces the skipping.....Me I will use my 8gig memory stick in mine...Not a fan of CD's. Thanks for all of the advice out there.

No complaints here. Of course I got mine at Biketoberfest in October so waiting wasn't an issue.

I saw all the aftermarket fairings when I was there and IMO this is the cleanest looking custom job I've seen.

It's no excuse but I'm sure they're scramblin to get ready for Daytona Bike Week

That is the main reason I chose this fairing, for me it looked the cleanest also. I looked a a few at the Texas state rally and a brother purchased one for his bike and I like the setup.

Dead Center makes a better fairing anyway. I have experience with both and like my Dead Center better.
