Well it's a month and no fairing called today ad now it's supposed to be another week painter issues they say?? Anyone dealt with these guys in the past, I don't want to get ripped?

You don't want to know what a PITA it was for me when I ordered my speaker pods for my King Tour Pac and the (4) speakers from them!

IMHO, Cancel the order, contact the credit card company and tell them you want a refund.

Go with someone else.

You know man, I was gonna buy a bunch of stuff from them speakers, radio kit etc. Quite a bit of $. They're not the cheapest company. At Myrtle Beach, the gu, bald dude, seems to run the show, kinda blew me off, O.K. I understand, but at the V Twin Expo in Cincinnat, I saw him hanging out, didn't even see their both, went up to ask him something, and he again nkinda blew me off, like he was some celebrity. Plenty of other companies out there making a fairng. Get with this guy Wayne on this Forum, he goes by Firecap 501, He makes a better fairing from what I understand.

Haven't done any business with them, but Dead Center is absolutely fabulous. Couldn't be happier. Nicest group of customer oriented folks I've ever met. Hope this helps if you change your mind...

I used them in the past for my 2005 RKC. they took longer then I expected. I kept having to call them to get status on my order. They are a small operation and if they have a show to go to or something like Bike Week it may take even longer. Good Luck

I got a fairing from them a few months ago. I don't remember exactly what the wait was on it. They were nice when I talked to them on the phone. When I got my fairing, there was a small flaw in the paint. I contacted them about it and they said I could send it back to them to have it repainted. I got a quote instead from a local painter, and I was told they would refund me that amount. I never got the money, but it wasn't very much anyway. I never got the fairing repainted either. It just wasn't that big of a deal. I thought their customer service was perfectly fine, though. The guy I talked to was willing to do whatever it took to make me a happy customer.

My only complaint is that the radio sucks on my bike. It would be great for in a vehicle, but the cd's skip really bad and then stop readin' altogether, and the USB won't read either. It's from the vibration of the bike, not the road. So that kinda sucks. I'm probably gonna be replacing the radio soon, if I can find somethin' that will actually work and not skip.

In my opinion, the Dragonfly fairing is the best lookin' fairing out there. My second choice would be the Dead Center Cycles fairing.

+1 on Dead Center. I had their fairing on my 04 Road King and Willem was just fantastic to work with.

Bought one last fall. They said it would take 6 weeks since they were back-logged from some show. It was done on time. Looks great. Radio weak but was mostly interested in wind protection during winter.

Bought Dragonfly because I think it has the best looking interior of the quick-mount fairings. They all look pretty much the same from the front but I'm staring at the inside most of the time.

It took about a week for my Dead Center to get here. I put it on a few days ago. Great
product. I'll get some pics up in a few days. Weather here sucks.
