The PC-V should take you no more then 1/2 hour start to finish, and that's taking your time. Hardest part is tucking the one connector and wiring harness down into the frame area. I took my time and probably spent about 1/2 hour with the PC-V.
I'll put in yet another vote for Fuel Moto. I've worked with Jamie for over two years and there's no better vendor in the Harley business, IMO.
Now, some recommendations. First, tell Jamie to install his "mileage map" in the PCV. That will obviously help gas mileage and won't cause any adverse side-effects. Second, consider the Fuel Moto Power Package. Their Dyno-tuned Jackpot mufflers are the best slip-ons on the market, and the combo of Jackpot, PCV, and an AC is a killer deal. For that money you likely won't find anything that even comes close.
If you think you'll want to change your setup as time goes along you might want to consider the Auto-Tune module, but it isn't essential to get optimal performance from the outset. It will just allow you to tune the bike when changes are made, like if you decide to add cams, aftermarket heads, or higher-compression pistons. When you experience the Power Package you might not have aspirations of further performance enhancements, as you may be happy as hell with the first installment.
