Ive had both, and the led are far better with brightness. I found a new unopened led set on ebay for $30.

Damn that's a deal! I've got the folks at Precision Machine going to do me a 1 off set with a clear lens and a blue dot LED bulb.... more of a decorative thing than anything else and then I'll go to LEDs all the way around.
