Well I have an 03 Electra-glide that is injected. I have put a high flow air cleaner on with Rinehart true duals. My question is,do I have to put a fuel management system on and what is the best system out there. If I have to have one I would prefer one that is simple to use (PLUG AND PLAY).

Bigdog...As you can see above within 5 different responses you got at least two different vendors with excellent reputation. This is kinda like the fight we suffer over who has the best audio systems! LOL
What I can tell you is do a good amount of searching in the forums here...gain a good idea of other people experiences. Also ask friends around you that have Harleys and see what they use. all in all it will breakdown to what you feel is best for you and the application you're gonna use it for. you might find you don't like your first choice liek alot of riders here in the forum and change it down the road. Really, it's all about person taste and how you feel it's working for you.
Speak to your dealer...see what they say...have any indy's around ya...talk to them! Call some of the vendors listed above and let them know what ya have in mind. What I will say is buy from a reputable dealer with good customer service. this way you're not left holding the bag in the future with zero recourse.
Now...I use the FuelMoto PC-V and if you read one of My threads you'll see how things differ, but notice the excellant customer service these guys perform...I've talked to Keith on the phone...and Jamie in the forums. Customer Service like that is far and in-between. But...you might find the same service from another company. Me for one, I'm sold on Fuel Moto. But ya know...opinions are like A$$Holes...we all have one and most of them stink! LOL
Good luck and Welcome to the boards...you now have entered the Twilight Zone on HD Touring!
That's too funny. I just posted on another thread that my local dealer advised me to get the SERT over the PCV so I ordered the PCV from Jamie the next day! :-)
