i have the street glide 09 .only problem you may have is sore cheeks from smiling so much.
I ran a poll on this question a while back and it came back 96+% positive. I think the '09's must be the most trouble-free and reliable bikes that the MOCO has produced in many years, possibly the best ever.
We have had ours for one week now and it has 429 miles on it. It snowed here today. I think the only con i can think of is that i didn't buy one last sept. It has to be the best bike i have ever owned or rode in my 50 years of riding.
Several problems. I find that no matter how much I try, I cannot get the derned thing up the stairs so's I can sleep with it. Another problem is my bank account. I told the lovely wife that I was done buy'n trinkets and doo dads but I keep finding new stuff, little stuff like shift linkage to buy. When the weather gits really nasty, I git really nasty which in turn gits the lovely wife really nasty.
I have not had one problem with this ride. I love everything about it, the ride, looks, handling. I don't plan on making any engine mods as this scooter moves my bum down the road just fine as it is. I love it!
