Default Rush slip-ons ???????????

I have a set of rush slip-ons i put on and i see post about different size baffles. what size are my baffles or how can i tell what size they are? i never recall being asked any options on baffle size so do they come with a standard size and then you can change theme? if so how do you change theme? and what does the different sizes do just change the sound? by the way my bike is an 09 ultra if that makes any difference thanks.

One bolt in the bottom then the baffles slide out.. pull the packing back some (its prolly already moved to the rear of the baffle) then measure the diamater.. They go from 2 inches up i think and they may have added a 1 1/2 .. Mine are 2 1/2 and they are plenty loud.. I should redo the packing while its still winter .. You can also take a tape measure and kinda put it in the end of the muffler and half azz measure it too.

Do you know the full part number for the mufflers? The last 3 numbers of the part number are the baffle size. For example 15301-200 is the Touring slash downs with the 2" baffles, 15301-175 would be 1.75" baffles etc. They make 1.5", 1.75", 2.0", 2.25" and 2.5". I think fuelmoto sells custom baffles that are 2" on the right and custom .75 for the left so the exhaust acts like a 2 into 1 system. There are a couple of postings about this set up.
Hope this helps

The custom baffles for rush and Dyno-Tuned Jackpots both use 2" baffles for the right, 1.75" with a 3/4" reversion cone on the left.

To the OP: I think you should be able to measure the diameter of the baffle in the muffler from the rear to determine the size. I wouldn't recommend removing the baffle just to measure, as the baffle material may collapse and you won't be able to get it back in. Of course that might be good opportunity to replace the material.
