Part Number for 09 FLTR fixed Tour Pack BRACKET?

Part Number for 09 FLTR fixed Tour Pack BRACKET?
Anyone know the Part Number for 09 FLTR (Road Glide) fixed mount Tour Pack MOUNTING BRACKET?
HDs website has the wrong part number listed under the tour pack and thats the only place it is listed, no price though. Just says to use this bracket. Also shows same bracket for 2008 and that cant be so because the 09s have a wider rear end.
I PMed Dawg too on this, hoping for an answer. Tried Lake Shore HD and they haven't figured it yet and I also contacted Zannottis who is checking it, also quoted wrong bracket the first time because of HDs site no doubt.
I really dont want to order the wrong parts....
Anyone?
Do we think it is the same exact bracket as on the "Ultra Classic Electra Glide?" I have that parts breakdown showing the bracket to be # 53411-09
