The license plate bracket that is attached to the tour pack bracket on your bike, does it look like that license plate braket part could be easily removed?
I need that same tour pack bracket for my 09 Road Glide but on a Road Glide the license plate is mounted below the tail light.
So, does it look like that plate bracket can be bent or broken off from underneath? or is it bolted on?
Unfortunately if you want to permanently mount a tour pack to a new Road Glide, I am being told that that is the only "fixed" mounting bracket avaiable for it. Thanks!
Its welded on, so removal will not be the easiest thing.
That figures...
And to actually use it, I'd have to replace the entire tail light / blinker assembly with the ULTRA model one, just to have the clear lens shining up at the plate. What a PIA this is..
Looks like if I want a tour pack, it has to be on the detachable mounts instead.
