If you can't find the bearing info anywhere you will have to pull them Like Roadie 13 said.
I had a 2001 Motorvation trailer and when i bought it used I inspected the bearings .I dont know if they were the original but they looked good.
I repacked and replaced the seals and towed it not losing sleep over having a spare set of bearings.
