Have stiffness and pain in right elbow, shoulder and ring finger. Could this be corporal tunnel or arthritis? The right handlebar of my ultra seems to shake more than usual and I suspect may be causing this pain. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Mine started in my neck and shoulder, then 2 months later armand hand, then arm and hand started having numbness. Just had spinal surgery on my neck to correct 2 degenerative discs. Obviously the bike didn't cause the disc problem but may have aggravated and eventually led to this. Hope not case for you. Try re-adjusting handlebars, etc.,

Pain in the elbow could be tendonitis aka tennis elbow. I'm getting therapy and cortisone shots for it right now. It's directly related to my riding, i.e., arm extended for long periods of time, repetitive motion (operating the clutch lever). However, if it involves your whole arm from your shoulder down, it could be shoulder or spine-related.
Take two asperin and call me in the morning. That will be $50.00 please. Seriously though, you need to get this checked out by a Dr. I would not hesitate to use the advice i get on this forum about anything. Except Medicial and legal. Just my .02
Carpl tunnel will cause numbness and/or pain in the thumb, index finger, naughty finger, and one half of the ring finger. alner nerve problems will cause numbness and/or pain in the little finger and one half of the ring finger (juse like when you whack your funny bone). If the pain is in shoulder, elbow, and ring finger, I would suspect disc issues in the neck. I have had surgery for carpl tunnel in both hands, alner nerve problems in the right elbow, rotator cuff issues in the left shoulder, and disc issues in the cervical spine. My advice is to see a good neuro surgeon for the diagnostics and the repair. I know you may get other advice, but my personal experience is to avoid orthopedic surgeons and go with neuro doctors! I had the carpl tunnel, rotator cuff, and alner nerve surgeries all done by ortho's and they made the problems worse than before the surgery. Had the disc fusion done at Mayo Clinic by neuro surgeon and never had another problem.
