My two cents would be for the Metzeler ME880. Ran them on my Heritage Springer and my Road King Classic. Great look and good handling in wet or dry conditions.
My 2 cents towards the metzler white walls: Put a set on my wifes 05 deluxe, they turned yellow after 1000 miles and only lasted her (she rides 1 up and is small in size) 7500 miles. Went back to the OEM wide white walls and she has been getting 14500 out of her rear tire, 22K out of the front. As for cleaning - not alot of fun but we have found by using the orange hand cleaner and a bristle brush works real well.

+1 on That. Only got 8K on my Rear Metz. Went back to OEM Dunlops.
Comet Cleanser & a green scotchie scrub pad works good for me. I think the extra effort for WW on a RK Classic is worth it.
Anyone tried WWW Avons? No complaints on grip and handling with the ME880's, although I can tell they wont last all that long, especially the rear. My sportbikes inhale tires compared to the RK.
