IF you were to swap those charts around it would show soul and coolness instead of torque and horsepower and then the Glide would be on top. But could you imagine riding that V whatever 500 mils a day.
Anyone want to venture what it would take to put the Ultra on top?
Two more cylinders, overhead cams, watercooling.....Why is this even a comparison? Compare the Harley to any Yamaha V-Twin and you will get different results.
What, my Ultra doesn't have as much torque or HP as a Vmax? The sales guy lied to me! I'm taking it back.
In all seriousness, I could care less. My Ultra does just fine. If I wanted something with more torque and HP, I would have bought something else. I bought my Ultra because of style, design, looks, prestige, comfort, rideability, and history; and wouldn't trade it for 2 Star bikes.
Might trade for 5 Star bikes though...then sell the 5 and get an Ultra.
