SG's are baggers too. Common parts for the scoots and common goals for the owners. I prefer my RK but that doesn't meen I don't want to talk to SG riders. Did you read the "why do you love your Road King thread". Pretty proud owners in there too. Lighten up dude.
Yeap that's what happen when people just don't read everything in the post. First SG is the newest bike HD has put out so alot of people want them to be different. Second if you look at my post I always say You can't go wrong with a bagger. I have 5500 miles on my bike since November. Get a divorce and you will be real happy. All the people on this Forum is real nice. It's always a bad apple like yourself that try to spoil all the fun. If you see a thread that you don't like well don't answer it or read period. Better yet why don't you go to another forum with all of your BS here. I'm a peaceful person but this really **** me off when a Hang around guy want to change things. By the way ride safe and have a good day!
I'll agree that the SG owners do nothing but brag about how their model is the greatest thing since the V-Twin engine. Sure it gets pretty darn boring hearing them brag about their bikes all the time. Just do what I did----I WENT OUT AND BOUGHT ONE MYSELF
Unfortunately I have to post more than ride since mine is all torn apart at the bodyshop waiting for me to get a couple of days off so I can finish the custom work I am doing on it. But that has to wait until after I finish my term paper and take 2 exams.
It's all about priorities. Once this semester is done and the bike is on the road it will take a blizzard to get me off of it.
HD part #57185-05, can't remember if its the 6" or 6.5", put it on back in November, put my stock one back on a few weeks ago once it warmed up some, but the stock is useless for anything other than a pretty picture IMO, so it will be retired. I'm 5'11" and with the Sidekick seat this shield is the perfect height for me. I can look over it if I need to or duck under if needed.
Lighten up Francis, nothing wrong on showing us their new ride. They are excited as much as probably as you were when you got your new motorcycle and wanted to show it to the whole world. It is nice to share your excitement and happiness with others. We need more of that in our lives. If you do not want to read those posts so just do not click on them. No reason to be mean about it. So bring on the new SGs or other baggers and let the fun begin
