Power command v for 08 ultra
Greetings all,
Just ordered a power commander from Fuelmoto (since the majority of the posts on HD forums related to Fuelmoto have been positive) and the tech I spoke with recommended the PC V for my 08 Ultra. Come to find out that the PC V is only made for the 09 models; checked back with Fuelmoto and was told there is a retro kit that comes with it so it will fit the 08's....
Anyone familiar with the retro kit and/or using the PCV on their 08? If so is it all you expected?

I just put on my PCV from FuelMoto today after quite a struggle with a PCIII and a previous PCV.
FINALLY, I got one that the bike likes...and I LOVE!
You hopefully won't have any problem whatsoever with the retro fit. Plugged mine in, started her up, and went riding. Most noticeable for me was the throttle response...much quicker. And 6th gear has a little more 'oomf'.

If the only thing you are doing is adding the PCV you may want to also consider the AC and the pipes. All 3 really seem to be a combination that increases the performance.

The retrofit kits are tailored to work with any EFI bike from 2002-2008, and there's no reason to be worried about the fitment or workability. I have a PCV-AT on my '07 and it is excellent.
